Our office and Info Hub is located just 10 minutes’ walk from the town’s railway station and is almost opposite the Market hall and Vaults. There is short stay on street parking available as well as multiple longer stay parking options within 10 minutes walk.
Our Info Hub is open to the public Fridays and Saturday 10.00 am until 3.00 pm.
We provide information on local venues, things to do, public transport and ideas for where to go whether you are visiting for a few hours or a fortnight. You can also buy our Illustrated map and get copies of Scarborough Spy (What’s on in Scarborough).

The Hub is run by volunteers, because they love Scarborough, and want you to love it too.
As part of our funding from York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority, alongside Scarborough Studios CIO we have taken on the unit we feel had the least chance of being regenerated. – the old toilets! They had been closed for over 5 years, so we knocked out the interior and created our hub. It has turned a badly neglected corner into an area that has now become a real buzzing place, especially with the repurposing of the old newsagents next door (now the Glass Box Gallery) as pop up artist space and gallery.
